bbje Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations on the Platform

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the bbje platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access — you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you accept them without reservation. These terms take effect from the moment you first access the platform.

Your continued use of bbje following any update to these terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. bbje will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bbje.

Eligibility

To be eligible to hold and use a bbje account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date you register your account.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing bbje account, whether under your own name or any alias. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the bbje platform for any reason.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a bbje employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You are opening the account voluntarily, with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

bbje reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration process or at any subsequent point during the life of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated in the verification request may result in the temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bbje. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bbje reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts.

Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obliged to keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your account. Deliberate provision of false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these terms and may constitute fraud.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are used — whether or not the activity was authorised by you — will be treated as activity carried out by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bbje support immediately at [email protected].

Account Verification (KYC)

bbje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry standards for player protection and anti-money laundering compliance. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time at bbje's discretion:

• Proof of Identity: National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months, showing your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, demonstrating that the mobile wallet is registered in your own name.

Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of identity verification. bbje will not be liable for any delay in processing a withdrawal that results from a player's failure to provide the required documentation promptly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

All financial transactions on bbje are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay (mobile wallet transfers), as well as direct bank transfers from selected Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bbje does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transfer charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, bbje reserves the right to return the funds to the originating account and to suspend your bbje account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with the principle of returning funds along the same channel they arrived. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 24 hours during standard operating hours (BST, UTC+6), with mobile wallet withdrawals typically completing within 15 minutes once approved.

bbje reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, or where the withdrawal is subject to an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been satisfied.

Bonuses & Promotions

bbje offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and BPL cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion at the time of its offer.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states that bonuses may be combined, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any one time.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• bbje reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting promotional structures in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the same wagering requirements as the bonus itself unless otherwise stated.

Game Rules & Betting

All games available on bbje — including live casino titles, slot games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game as provided by the relevant software studio or data feed supplier. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to the mechanics of that game, while these Terms & Conditions shall govern all account, financial, and conduct matters.

Live Casino

Live casino games (including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack) are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes in live casino are determined in real time by physical dealing or spinning actions in the studio environment. Technical malfunctions that interrupt a live game session will be handled in accordance with the studio provider's own interruption policy, which will be communicated to affected players as promptly as practicable.

Slots

Cricket & Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent). In-play bets accepted after a market-decisive event has occurred but before the market is suspended are void and will be refunded. bbje reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an erroneous price due to a pricing error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbje platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using a different identity.
• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or platform vulnerability for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of influencing game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity (money laundering). bbje is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by opening a new account after a self-exclusion has been applied to an existing account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bbje staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to access the platform from a jurisdiction in which bbje does not operate.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bbje platform — including but not limited to: the bbje brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of bbje or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right, licence, or other interest in any intellectual property belonging to bbje or its partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, broadcast, or otherwise transmit any part of the bbje platform or its content without the prior written consent of bbje. You may not use bbje's trade marks, logos, or branding in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.

Privacy & Data

bbje collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration and subsequent use of the platform. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the bbje Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these terms you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

bbje will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank partners) for the purpose of processing transactions, and with identity verification service providers for the purpose of KYC compliance. All data sharing is conducted under strict confidentiality obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain credential security.

• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be erroneous due to a data feed or technical fault.
• Any decision made by you to gamble based on information or promotions displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bbje's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsible Gaming

Amendments to These Terms

bbje will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within ten (10) business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts as determined by applicable law.

These terms are provided in English, which is the authoritative language for all interpretive purposes. Any translation of these terms into another language is provided for convenience only and shall not be binding.
